OPINION

2Per curiam

This appeal is from a judgment by the district court which declared valid a 99-year lease and option to purchase a 24-acre tract in North Las Vegas. Appellants claim (1) the judgment is not supported by substantial evidence, (2) the lease-option is unenforceable within the statute of frauds, and (3) the district court improperly awarded attorneys fees. 1 Finding no reversible error, we affirm.
