—Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed February 51, 1990, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive unemploy*868ment insurance benefits because he was not totally unemployed.

Contrary to claimant’s contention, the record supports the conclusion that he was not totally unemployed. He admitted that during the time he was collecting unemployment insurance benefits he advertised in a local newspaper, distributed business cards and made personal sales calls for an electronic security systems business.
