Roger Holtman (Holtman) appeals from an order entered by the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, granting summary judgment in favor of 4-G’s Plumbing and Heating, Inc. (4-G’s Plumbing). The court determined that dismissal with prejudice of Holtman’s counterclaim in a previous lawsuit barred his trespass, invasion of privacy and asbestos contamination claims against 4-G’s Plumbing under the doctrines of res judicata and collateral estoppel.
