GRANGER, Judge:
This case was tried over 2Vz years ago, and is before this Court for the second time. On 18 November 1977, after reviewing the record and finding no error materially prejudicing appellant’s substantial rights, we affirmed the findings and sentence as approved by reviewing authorities below.
