This is an appeal from an order of the Corporation Commission, establishing rates to be charged by the Consumer® Gas Company for natural gas furnished to consumers in the towns of Miami, Commerce, Cardin, and Richer.

It appears from the findings of fact and order of the Corporation Commission that in the month of August, 1920, the Consumers Gas Company filed its application with the commission to fix and authorize a rate to be charged for gas used for gas engines in the Miami district; that on October 1, 1920, after a hearing had, the commission made its order No. 1790, fixing a…
