Appellant, Brittany Marlowe Holberg, was found guilty of capital murder and sentenced to death. On appeal to this Court, she brings fifty points of error, 1 which we have re-ordered and grouped to facilitate a more orderly discussion. We will affirm the judgment of the trial court. 2
