On August 27, 2002, the Independence County Circuit Court entered a.decree quieting title to a .356 acre of land in favor of appellees. Appellants argue that the trial court erred in finding that appellees held tide to the disputed strip of land by adverse possession. Appellees argue that the trial court could have reformed appellees’ deed to include the disputed strip ofland based on mutual mistake. We agree with appellants that the trial court erred. Accordingly, we reverse and remand.
