In June, 1926, the property here in question, owned by Sofia Q. Lopez, was under first mortgage of $3,500 to the Mutual Building & Loan Association of Santa Fé, and under second mortgage of $8,400 to Nathan Jaffa, then receiver of the Santa Fé Bank, and now trustee for its stockholders and creditors.
