MEMORANDUM OPINION
FARNAN, District Judge.
Presently before the Court are Plaintiffs Mallinckrodt Inc. and Liebel-Flarsheim Company’s Motion For Leave To File First Amended And Supplemental Complaint (D.I. 50) and Defendants E-Z-EM, Inc. and ACIST Medical Systems, Inc.’s Motion To Strike (D.I. 54). For the reasons discussed, Plaintiffs’ Motion For Leave To File First Amended And Supplemental Complaint will be granted, and Plaintiffs Mallinckrodt Inc.
