It appears from the record that the Standard Sewing Machine Company from time to time furnished O. C. Gunter with sewing *569machines to be disposed of by him as its agent, and to be accounted for at prices stipulated in the several contracts. Gunter’s compensation was to consist of the difference between what the company was to receive, and the price at which the sewing machines were sold upon the market.
