REYNOLDS, Chief Justice.

Arline Hext appeals from that portion of the trial court’s judgment upholding a life tenant’s sale of real property in which she had a remainder interest. Ruth Price; Ruth Arlene Walker, independent executrix of the estate of James Oren Price, deceased; and John Fritzlen, independent executor of the estate of May M. Wright, deceased, collectively referred to herein as the Price Group, appeal from the portion of the judgment awarding Hext attorney’s fees and prejudgment interest at a rate of ten percent on her recovery of oil and gas lease bonuses and royalties.…
