Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Córtese, J.), rendered October 3, 2005, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of attempted murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree (two counts) and assault in the first degree (three counts).
