In the following accelerated calendar appeal, appellant, USAA Insurance Company (“USAA”), appeals from the decision of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment to appellee, Sharyn J. Feldkamp. Feldkamp had filed a declaratory judgment action seeking to compel USAA to provide coverage to Scott Baillie 1 under their automobile insurance policy with Baillie.
