The question raised on this appeal is whether an action for the recovery of damages to real property, based on the breach of a certain written lease agreement, is local or transitory.

The complaint filed in the Circuit Court of St. Francis County by appellant alleges that: She is a resident of Pulaski County and is the owner of a store building in Cross County; On or about April 1, 1946, she entered into a written lease agreement with appellee for a term of seven years on the first floor of said building, and; She had performed all the conditions imposed on her, but that appellee had failed to…
