This Chapter 11 adversary proceeding is before the Court pursuant to its removal from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio by agreement of the parties. The plaintiff, D.H. Baldwin Company (“Baldwin”), seeks recovery of an income tax deficiency and interest assessed for its 1976 tax year. A trial on the merits was held August 21 through 23, 1984.
