Affirming.

This is an appeal from a $1,040 judgment for personal injuries.

The basis of the action is that appellant sold appel-lee a loaf of bread containing a piece of metal wire, which penetrated and infected her gum, and caused her great pain and suffering. The defense was a general denial and a plea of contributory negligence.
