This is an appeal by the wife from a judgment granting the husband a divorce on the ground of desertion, and providing for the custody and support of four minor daughters.

The husband as plaintiff filed his petition on October 31, 1936, charging that “for more than one year prior to the filing of this petition, the defendant wilfully deserted the plaintiff, and ever since has failed and refused to live with the plaintiff, notwithstanding the fact that the plaintiff has courted the defendant to resume her residence with the plaintiff and has prom ised the defendant to do all in…
