This civil action is before the Court on defendant’s motions for summary judgment [Docs. 36, 38], in which defendant moves the Court for summary judgment on all of plaintiffs’ claims. Each plaintiff filed a response in opposition [Docs. 53, 54], to which defendant replied [Docs. 60, 62], Plaintiffs subsequently filed sur-replies [Docs. 68, 69].
