I agree with the majority that the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County had jurisdiction to decree equitable distribution of marital property as part of the divorce action pending in that court. I also agree that the divorce court’s decree did not constitute an abuse of discretion. Therefore, I agree finally that the order appealed from should be affirmed.
