MEMORANDUM

LUONGO, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed applications for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423 (1976), and for supplemental security income benefits under Title XVI of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1382c (1976), on June 6, 1978. After his initial application and his request for reconsideration were denied, plaintiff had an evidentiary hearing before an administrative law judge.
