SUMMARY ORDER

Plaintiffs, who own property located in an area known as the Central Pine Barrens on Long Island in the towns of River-head, Southampton, and Brookhaven, New York, appeal the district court’s dismissal, based on the doctrine of res judicata, of their facial and “as applied” challenges to the Long Island Pine Barrens Maritime Reserves Act (the “Act”). We assume the parties’ familiarity with the facts in this case, the relevant procedural history, and the issues on appeal.
