Robert Vargas appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Preska, /.) dismissing, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c), his complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the City of New York alleging violations of equal protection and due process arising from his termination by the New York City Police Department.
