This is a dog bite case. Defendant Michael Grose appeals from the judgment of the circuit court of Moultrie County entered in favor of plaintiffs Kevin Claxton, a minor, by his father and next friend, Warren Claxton, and Warren Claxton, individually, following a jury trial.
Count I of plaintiffs’ complaint sought damages for the injuries sustained by the minor, born August 15, 1977, as a result of an unprovoked attack by defendant’s Doberman pinscher, occurring on September 16, 1989.
