Action by Max Haas against the International Harvester Company, a Wisconsin corporation, appellant herein, and another. The complaint is in three paragraphs. The first is for money had and received. The second alleges that on April 12, 1924, the defendants wrongfully took and carried away a certain truck owned by the plaintiff, of the value of $300, and converted the same to their own use. The third paragraph alleges that the defendants, for the purpose of inducing plaintiff to purchase a certain used International auto truck, falsely and fraudulently represented to plaintiff that such truck…
