MOREMEN, Justice.

This is an original action in this court by which petitioner, Bertha Berger Wein-traub, requests that a writ issue against respondent, Hon. Raymond L. Murphy, as Judge of the 17th Judicial District prohibiting him from proceeding in a divorce case. This is the second appearance of this action upon our docket, and the facts of the case and the preliminary ruling of the court may be found in Weintraub.-v. Murphy, Ky., 240 S.W.2d 594.
