Lucina Smith Lampkin appeals from a judgment which granted her husband, Eustace F. Lampkin, a divorce, denied her claim for alimony and upheld a written property settlement agreement between, them.

■ Appellant contends that the court did not have jurisdiction to render a. decree of divorce; that the settlement agreement which she executed was, unfairly obtained from her and against public policy and should be set aside; and that she sho.uld be awarded, alimony.
