1Per curiam
We examine the question of whether the acquisition of 160 acres of real property by the City of Saline is subject to referendum. We conclude that it is not and we affirm the judgments of the Court of Appeals and of the trial court.

On October 11, 1976, the Saline City Council adopted a resolution authorizing the city attorney to file a request with the State Boundary Commission for annexation to the city of 160 acres of property.
