[1] 5200 Keystone Limited Realty, LLC (“KLR”) appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Netherlands Insurance Company (“Netherlands”), Consolidated Insurance Company (“Consolidated”), and Indiana Insurance Company (“Indiana”) (collectively “the Insurers”). We affirm.
