MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
STIEHL, District Judge:
This matter is before the court on plaintiffs Motion to Strike Claimant’s Pleadings and for Judgment by Default.
On September 16, 1993, pursuant to a seizure warrant issued by a United States Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of Missouri, the Federal Bureau of Investigation made the initial seizure of the property that is the subject matter of this action.
