THE COURT.

This case was appealed to this court and

thereafter transferred to the District Court of Appeal in and for the First District. It was then assigned to Division One of said District Court of Appeal, and later transferred to this court for the reason that the concurrence of two justices of said District Court of Appeal in a judgment therein could not he obtained. Upon its submission to us we have carefully examined the briefs of counsel filed in the case and the opinions of the several members of the District Court of Appeal prepared by them when the appeal was before that court.
