Reversing.
T!h.e appellant, Lillian Bunch. Ray, was 11 years of age when a tract of land in which she owned a one-eighth interest was sold in 1929 under Section 490 of the Civil Code of Practice. Her share of the net proceeds of the sale was $134.89. The judgment of sale directed that the appellant’s share should not be collected but should remain a lien on the land until a guardian qualified for her and executed bond under Section 493 of the Civil Code of Practice.
