I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff J.L. Ward Associates, Inc. (“J.L. Ward”) sued Defendant Great Plains Tribal Chairmen’s Health Board (“Great Plains”), claiming that Great Plains committed a breach of contract and infringed on copyrights held by J.L. Ward. Doc. 14.
