This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County after appellant was convicted of driving under the influence and sentenced to forty-eight (48) hours to twenty-three (23) months imprisonment. Appellant herein contends that the trial court erred in denying her motion to suppress evidence obtained subsequent to an invalid investigative stop. Upon review, we find that the trial court erred in concluding that reasonable suspicion existed to justify the investigative stop. Accordingly, we reverse the judgment of sentence and…
