OPINION

HOFFMAN, Senior Judge.

Respondent-Appellant Nick Antonaco-pulos (Nick) appeals the trial court's division of marital assets in the dissolution action involving Nick and Petitioner-Ap-pellee Rose Mary Antonacopulos (Rose).

We reverse and remand.

Nick raises one issue for our review which we restate as: whether the trial court erred by including in the marital estate Nick's disability pension provided by his employer.
