OPINION AND ORDER
JUSTO ARENAS, United States Chief Magistrate Judge.
This matter is before the court on motion to strike cross-defendant/third-party plaintiff, Robert J. Morgalo’s (“Mr. Morgalo”) third-party complaint, amended third-party complaint and informative motion, filed by the defendani/cross-plaintiff, Rubén Blades (“Mr. Blades”), on April 7, 2010. (Docket No. 160.) For the reasons set forth below, Mr. Blades’ motion is GRANTED.
