T1 Defendant/Appellant Muskogee City-County Port Authority, a public trust (MPA), seeks review of the trial court's orders granting judgment on a jury verdict, pre-judgment interest, costs and attorney's fees to Plaintiff/Appellee C-P Integrated Services, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation (CPT).
