This action was brought to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of a four year old child. The trial resulted in a verdict for the plaintiffs in the sum of $30,000.00 actual damages. The sole question presented by this appeal, which was duly raised in the Court below by timely motions for nonsuit and directed verdict, is whether there is any evidence of actionable negligence on the part of appellant, defendant below.
