— The first point made in the cause arises, out of the supposed interest of the witness, Todd Robinson. The witness in his deposition states, that some time during the fall of *1431833, he purchased from the defendant in error one half the property on which his stables stood, and at the same time purchased an interest in the contract for the delivery of the corn and fodder, which is the subject of this suit.
