Mary Ann Bullinger and Debtor Dennis Neal Wehr were divorced in August 1997. Bullinger commenced the above-captioned adversary proceeding by Complaint filed November 5, 2002, seeking a determination that obligations stemming from a settlement agreement entered in connection with their divorce is actually in the nature of alimony, maintenance or support, and therefore nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5).
