Employer/insurer appeals from an award of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) which affirmed the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and granted worker’s compensation permanent partial disability benefits. Employee cross-appeals the Commission’s award which affirmed the ALJ’s denial of employee’s claim for additional temporary total disability benefits.
