Burgess v. Ohio National Life Insurance

Ohio National Life Insurance Company brought suit in the superior court of Fulton. County against Mrs. Jennie S. Burgess and B. L. Brantley. Mrs. Burgess filed a general demurrer, and also an answer, which was demurred to by the plaintiff. The court overruled the defendant’s demurrer and sustained the plaintiff’s demurrer. It does not appear that the defendant Brantley filed any demurrer and he is not a party to the bill of exceptions, but the only parties thereto are Mrs. Burgess as plaintiff in error and Ohio National Life Insurance Company as defendant in error.
