The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board (Board) brought a two-count complaint against Richard Scott Rhinehart alleging he violated nine rules of professional conduct. The first count arose from the district court’s ruling, affirmed on appeal, that Rhinehart had committed extrinsic fraud responding to his wife’s discovery in his own protracted marital dissolution proceeding.
