Defendant insurance companies are appealing as of right from a decision permitting, plaintiff theatre owners to recover damages for business losses. Plaintiffs were forced to cease operation pursuant to an executive order closing all places of amusement within Wayne County due to the civil disturbance which occurred subsequent to the death of Martin Luther King, Jr. We are asked to examine and interpret the provisions of plaintiffs’ insurance policy to determine whether the circuit court’s decision awarding damages to plaintiffs should be permitted to stand.
