Meramec Valley Bank (“Bank”) appeals a $675,000 judgment entered on a jury verdict against it and in favor of Joel C. Bianco and Joel Bianco Kawasaki Plus, Inc. (“Bianco”) on Bianco’s claim that the Bank made fraudulent representations in the course of its negotiations over the Bank’s replevin of Bianco’s motorcycle dealership inventory and receivables.
