ORDER

Joyce Edwards sued her former employer, the United States Postal Service, claiming disability discrimination. See 29 U.S.C. § 794a. The Postal Service asserted that she had failed to exhaust her administrative remedies, and after limiting discovery to that issue, the district court granted summary judgment for the defendant. The court reasoned that the undisputed evidence establishes that Edwards had failed to timely file an administrative charge of discrimination.
