Davis, J.:

The defendant, Gary J. Bell, appeals from his conviction and life sentence for second-degree murder. He contends that the trial court failed in its duty to instruct on lesser included offenses raised by the trial evidence. He also argues that supplemental instructions given outside his presence require reversal. We conclude no reversible error occurred and affirm.
