OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant, Powderhorn Country Club, LLC, appeals from the March 23, 2007 decision of the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.

{¶ 3} On March 30, 2005, appellant ("Powderhorn"), filed a real property tax valuation complaint for the 2004 tax year with the Lake County Board of Revision ("BOR").
