On exceptions. The petitioner, Railway Express Agency, Inc., by application to the Public Utilities *224Commission, seeks authority to provide a substitute motor for rail service for the handling of express traffic which formerly was served by trains 52, 55, 56 and 57 of the Maine Central Railroad. Trains 52 and 57 were discontinued January 17, 1959 and trains 55 and 56 were to be discontinued April 4, 1959.
