Nonparty-Respondent Naguib Sawiris (herein, “Respondent”) moves this Court to quash a subpoena requested by Plaintiffs-Petitioners Estate of Ungar, et al. (herein, “Plaintiffs”) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1783 seeking both Respondent’s personal testimony and the production of corporate documents for the purposes of establishing personal jurisdiction over Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E.
