The plaintiff, American Living Systems, Inc. (“ALS”), initiated this adversary proceeding against the defendants, Paul Bo-napfel (“Trustee”), as Trustee for All American of Ashburn, Inc. (“All American”), Sharon and Jennifer Lambert (“Lam-berts”), James Harward and Holiday Homes of Georgia, Inc., on August 12, 1985, by filing a complaint for injunctive and declaratory relief, rescission, and for enforcement of this Court’s Orders.
